All Sales Final. Your Seat Is Yours.

Every ticket, upgrade, and payment-plan purchase is final and non-refundable. When you claim your seat, we immediately commit real dollars on your behalf: venue space, meals, speakers, gifts, and materials are booked months in advance based on the number of women registered. Your seat is held for you and only you, which is why we cannot release the money behind it.

Your ticket is transferable. You may transfer your seat to another woman at no cost until July 2, 2027 by emailing shespeakscommunity@gmail.com with your name, your order email, and the new attendee's full name, email, and phone. One transfer per ticket. If you are on a payment plan, the plan stays in your name and you remain responsible for the remaining payments.

Payment plans cost the pay-in-full ticket price plus a 15% payment plan fee, split into equal monthly payments based on the months left before June 15, 2027. The payment plan fee is non-refundable. Your first payment is charged at checkout and the rest are charged automatically each month to the card you used, for the exact number of payments shown at checkout. By choosing a plan you authorize these automatic charges and agree to pay the full plan total shown at checkout.

If a payment fails, we will email you. If it is not resolved within 10 days, your plan is canceled, your seat is released to the next woman, and payments already made are not refunded. To update your card, email shespeakscommunity@gmail.com before your next payment date. Canceling a plan does not create a refund.

No refunds or credits are issued for no-shows, schedule conflicts, illness, travel or weather delays, change of mind, partial attendance, missed sessions, or removal from the event for conduct that violates our community guidelines. Speakers, sessions, and schedule details may change without affecting this policy.

Vendor fees (1 day, 2 days, or Full Weekend Pass) and Women Authors' Corner fees (half-tables and Featured Author Packages) are final and non-refundable. Your application is approved automatically once your fee is paid, and your space is reserved for the days you chose. Vendor and author spaces are not transferable without written approval from She Speaks Community Co. Every vendor and author agrees to promote the conference to their audience before the event and grants She Speaks permission to use the promo video, logo, or photo they submit in event marketing.

If the conference is postponed, your ticket is automatically honored for the new dates. If She Speaks Community Co. cancels the conference entirely and does not reschedule it, you will receive a refund of the amount you paid within 30 days.

If a card dispute is filed on a purchase covered by this policy, we will provide your checkout agreement to the card issuer, and the ticket will be suspended while the dispute is open.
